About the Project

SS Group is a specialist manufacturer of high quality security doors, mainly used at apartment blocks managed by housing associations.  The company wanted to use its website to enable customers to track repair and maintenance requests.

We delivered an appealing, easy-to-use, secure site which enables SS Group to keep customers better informed about when maintenance is being carried out.  Customers can use the site to find out when a repair is due to be made as well as receive confirmation when the engineer has fixed the problem.

Within one month all SS Group customers had requested access to the site which continues to be a hive of activity.  SS Group believes the site supports a better customer experience and that the design is helping to generate enquiries from prospects.
