About the Project
Solicitor Assist works with a network of professionals who meet personal injury claimants to review appropriate documentation. Solicitor Assist wanted to replace its spreadsheet-driven management reports with an online system to achieve operational efficiency and a better customer experience.
We designed a user-friendly website which integrated with a back-office database system to collate relevant data from Solicitor Assist’s network of professionals. The system allows Solicitor Assist’s clients to perform online case tracking.
The website provides faster and easier access to up-to-date management reports, supporting operational efficiencies and faster decision-making.
